About The Role

We're Hiring Clinical Educators!

Are you a passionate Registered Healthcare Professional with an active NMC registration? 

Do you have experience delivering OSCE / Return to Practice training and a desire to help others develop?

If so, we want you to join our growing Academy!

About the Role:

As a Clinical Educator, you’ll deliver a variety of clinically based training programs, including:

  • Return to Practice/OSCE training, in addition to Statutory & Mandatory Training (e.g, Basic Life Support, Conflict Management, Manual Handling, Health & Safety, BLS)
  • Healthcare Support Worker Development Programme (HCSWD Care Certificate)
  • Preparation programmes for nurses and midwives to achieve NMC registration
  • Commercial educational courses

This is a field-based role, requiring travel within your region to deliver training at NHSP hubs, NHS Trust sites, and other external venues. You’ll also be responsible for transporting training equipment as needed.

Key Details:

Hours: 37.5 Monday-Friday
Location: Crewe - Regional travel required 
Schedule: Deliver training 4 days a week
Experience: Previous training delivery experience is essential

Please note, that this a 6 months FTC, with potential for a permanent contract, subject to business requirements.
