  • Help maintain accurate CRM and shared records relating to meetings, stakeholder engagement, opportunities, actions and pipeline activity.
  • Assist with the preparation of stakeholder briefing papers, including gathering information from Trust websites, board papers, public sources, internal notes and agreed templates.
  • Support market intelligence activity by helping to collate and organise information on Trusts, ICBs, competitors, procurement activity, workforce priorities, executive stakeholders and regional market developments.

  • Support the team’s reporting rhythm by helping to update trackers, collate inputs and prepare information for pipeline, stakeholder engagement, market intelligence and governance reporting.
  • Use Microsoft Copilot and approved AI tools, where appropriate and in line with NHSP policies, to support drafting, summarising, meeting preparation, action tracking, research collation, document formatting and administrative productivity.
  • Actively develop administrative, organisational, communication, digital and professional skills through the apprenticeship programme and on-the-job learning.
